Reverence game.

We are trying to teach Ian how to be reverent. So we started playing the Reverence game for FHE and he is learning and having fun!

Sunbeam song by Kahlan and Ian

Ian is 2!!!

Usually Ian will smile for the camera but he was not in the mood. I guess he was thinking "it's my party I can do what I want".

He got some new trucks and a motorcycle.
Some Jake and the Neverland Pirate puzzles for when he is bigger. Sister can help right now, and my help I mean she can do them and let him watch.

His friends Leo liked all of his presents as well!

Deedee and Grandpa gave Ian a basketball hoop which the kids are loving right now. Ian has some natural talent.
Kahlan is just tall and can put it in. She can make it from a few feet away.

Adventures in Philly!

When my parent were in town we went to downtown Philly and did a few of the sites. We went to see the Liberty Bell but we weren't able to get the tickets to Independence Hall (next time). The kids played with Grandpa while we waited in line to see the Liberty Bell.

Some of the outside things to look at while we wait. The kids just liked walking around.

History about the bell and time period.
 The Liberty Bell

 Independence Hall is behind them.
The Christmas trains and village at Redding Terminal.
Just by a random art school, we sat to take a rest.
We walked down to where the Philadelphia Temple is being built.
Ian finally crashed for a nap. He even slept through 5 or so police cars with sirens going.
We took the train and multiple subways. It was fun!

Some Christmas decorations in City Hall court.
Fun Santa Chair to take pictures with.

Last we saw a light show at Franklin Park! It was a fun and tiring day!

Christmas!

The kids had a good Christmas!
Kahlan got princess paper dolls, that she loves!
 Frozen rings!
 Olaf!
Elsa dress...are you seeing a theme!
 She loves her dress!
 Frozen puzzles!
Puzzle of the USA, now Jake's kids will know where all the states are!
 Anna Doll! Santa brought it!
Ian's theme was cars and tools!

First piece of Olaf, we wrapped them all individually.

 Two Olafs!
 Olaf takes a ride!
 A boy storybook...not princess!
 Tools from Kahlan!
 Car playmat and power tools!

Visit to Santa!

We took the kids to the mall to see Santa. It wasn't too long of a wait. Kahlan is an old pro at talking to Santa, so she told him that she wanted an Anna Doll and Ian wanted cars. Ian would look at Santa and give him a high five but he wouldn't sit on his lap. Hence why I'm in photo with the kids.
